Alfred Christopher Kaufman, born in Pennsylvania about 1915?, was a civilian truck driver traveling through the Midwest (probably from Michigan or Wisconsin) and often stopped at Clark’s Truck Stop in Chicago Heights, Illinois during WWII and was in the Army during 1944 in the European theater, possibly in the air corps.
