* * * IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT * * *

 At the December 12, 2010, meeting of the Capital Area Genealogical Society
Executive Board the Board approved certain changes to the Bylaws.

 Please review the attached draft of the Bylaws and bring any
questions or suggestions you may have to our next meeting. 

We will be reviewing these changes to the Bylaws at the
next REGULAR MEETING of the Society to be held on
January 9, 2011, at 2:30 p.m., in the Fellowship Hall,
at Christ Evangelical Lutheran Church, Linglestown, PA.
